Cru Berger aux herbes is a natural bloomy rind firm paste cheese subtly seasoned with organic fine herbs grown on the farm. After 3 months of aging, it develops delicate herbaceous notes along with light fruity aromas.
The beautiful tomette is made from raw sheep milk that comes from a nearby producer. Their animals are fed dry hay in the winter and graze in the fields all summer.
