1 Pizy
1 small round loaf of bread
30 g melted butter
2 tsp garlic flower purée
Freshly ground black pepper
Thyme leaves
Chopped parsley
Chives
Using a knife, score the Pizy in a criss-cross pattern.
With a serrated knife, cut the top of the bread loaf to match the size of the Pizy. Remove the crust and some of the crumb, just enough to fit the cheese inside.
Brush the cheese with the melted butter and garlic flower purée mixture. Season with pepper and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until the brie is slightly melted and golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley and chives right out of the oven, then serve and enjoy.
A delicious savoury twist on warm brie, perfect for the winter season!
